![]() ( I know foolish me) but beware there is no way to change the “liability” due to the dark ages system they have set up and MAKE SURE to read the fine print on the back of the contract!!! Even if you are going to be using the locker for 1 day after the 1st of the month they will charge you a FULL month of rent!!! This company does not have the customer in mind at all and their “we care” line is condisending and short. I did not expect this as most companies really don’t care enough to respond, Public Storage obviously does! Stay tuned, my hope is they honor the promise to help, based on my conversation I believe this will happen, and my review will improve, as will my opinion of the company as a whole! Helped a friend out by getting this set up while she was at work. UPDATE: 3 days after this post (4/4/19) I was contacted by a district manager interested in my complaint and concerns. ![]()
